Terms of Service & Member Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at dreamabetteryou.com ("Site"), the Dream OS software platform, and any associated services, products, or subscriptions provided by JAS Design Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use or access this site.

2. Merchant of Record & Billing

JAS Design Studio (jasdesignstudio.com) is the official Merchant of Record for all transactions on dreamabetteryou.com.

All credit card and online transactions are securely encrypted and processed via our authorized payment gateway partner, Fygaro. Depending on your chosen tier:

• Monthly Subscriptions ($10.00/mo): Billed automatically every 30 days until cancelled by the subscriber.
• Annual Founding Memberships ($100.00/yr): Billed once annually with 2 months free savings.
• Lifetime Patron Passes ($497.00): Billed as a single one-time payment with no recurring fees.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, frameworks, code, graphics, logos, audio injections, and book manuscripts (including "Stuck Isn't Your Personality", "The Power of Will", "Unlearn", and "The Crown of Life") are the exclusive intellectual property of Jonathan Forde and JAS Design Studio. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your recurring monthly or annual membership at any time directly through your account dashboard or by contacting support@dreamabetteryou.com. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your paid billing period. Digital masterclasses, workbooks, and lifetime passes are non-refundable once digital download or platform access is delivered.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados, West Indies.
